You'll learn when to foreshadow the challenge, how to read the energy in the room, and when to pivot if your clients need it.

What You'll Learn
From core and abs through legs, obliques, and upper body — every exercise includes spring setups, cueing notes, and modifications.
Kneeling crunch, straight arm crunch, seated crunch — controlled spinal flexion for deep abdominal work.
Ab wheel, saw, plank to pike, panther — neutral spine, zero flexion, pure deep-core stability.
Lunges and squats on light springs — more springs = easier, wider stance = harder.
Lunges, squats, donkey kicks, bungee kicks — heavy springs, serious lower-body burn.
Side planks, twisted plank to pike, mermaid crunch, nighthawk — rotation, anti-rotation, and lateral strength.
Bicep curls, chest expansion, tricep kickbacks, chest fly — strap and cable work on the reformer.
You won't just learn exercises — you'll learn how to build complete class routines. The manual covers sequencing decisions: where to start on the reformer, how to alternate hand and forearm positions to protect wrists, and how to progress spring loads through a block.
Each routine is 19 exercises across 6 muscle group blocks. You'll create your first full routine during training and leave ready to teach.
